Hello and welcome to my website! My name is Ms. Hussion and I will be your 6th Grade Science teacher at MVMS. This will be my 4th year as a Science teacher.  Before becoming a teacher, I worked as a teacher's assistant for about 3 years.  I also worked in the medical field for 18 years.  I am very excited to be teaching 6th Grade Science at MVMS and look forward to meeting all of my students.  Below you will find some helpful information about my class.

Classroom Expectations
 
1. Arrive on time

Grading Policy
 
Daily Work/Homework - 25% of your grade
Quizzes/DCA's - 35% of your grade
Unit Assessments/Major Grades/Projects - 40% of your grade
 
If you are absent, you have 1 day for every day you are absent to turn in your make-up work
 
Late work will be 80% maximum grade for 1 day late.  2 days late is 60% maximum grade. 3 days late - 0
