Comal ISD Lowers Tax Rate by 7-Cents At its regularly scheduled meeting Tuesday, the Comal ISD Board of Trustees approved a 7-cent decrease in the district’s tax rate, lowering it from 1.39 to $1.32. The new rate goes into effect immediately.
